Warehousing

OTX Logistics has pilot facilities at various strategic locations in the Netherlands. According to the needs of our clients we take care of the storage and distribution of goods. We also offer warehouse activities such as cross docking, order picking and value added services such as reconditioning and repacking.

All Warehouse activities take place at the customs warehouse, which means that we are entitled to manage (non-free) goods of third parties and that we give account of the stored goods to the customs.

The advantages of storage of goods in a customs warehouse are as follows:

No import duty/VAT have to be paid for goods that are stored in the warehouse
Payment when sending goods to a EU member state
No payment when goods are sold outside the EU
Fast administrative handling of import and export
Less interventions by the customs authorities
